TechFlow reports on January 10 that, according to The Block, Arbitrum developer Offchain Labs has announced the appointment of Ira Auerbach, former head of digital assets at Nasdaq, as head of Tandem, its joint studio and venture capital division. Auerbach previously served as Gemini's global head of Prime services. Launched in August last year, Tandem consists of two main divisions—collaborative studio and venture investment—and has already partnered with projects Espresso Systems and Ex Populus.
