TechFlow reported on January 2 that, according to Bitcoin.com, Bitcoin network hash rate hit a new all-time high on the last day of 2024, reaching 808 EH/s (808 exahashes per second). Data shows that as of January 1, 2025, the Bitcoin network was supported by 62 mining pools, with a current hash rate of 799.99 EH/s, adding 262 EH/s throughout 2024. Alongside the hash rate growth, mining difficulty increased by 1.16% at year-end, reaching 109.78 trillion.
