TechFlow reports that on December 25, the VitaDAO community proposed a new initiative to distribute 6.9 million BIO tokens through an airdrop to its community, drawn from its total allocation of 21 million BIO tokens. According to the proposal, the airdrop will use a tiered system: 80% (5.52 million BIO) will be allocated to VITA holders and 20% (1.38 million BIO) to VITA IPT holders. The claim period is scheduled for January to March 2025, aiming to strengthen the connection between BIO and the VitaDAO community and boost governance participation.
