TechFlow reports that on December 23, SonicX—the first TikTok App Layer developed by Sonic SVM—will airdrop its native token $SONIC to all users who registered via TikTok. Leveraging account abstraction (Account Abstraction), TikTok users can experience on-chain interactions directly within the app and claim their airdrop rewards through the TikTok platform without needing to set up a separate Web3 wallet.
Previous coverage indicated that SonicX has attracted over 2 million users to participate in games, challenges, and live streams within the app through TikTok's advanced advertising and creator partnerships, delivering a seamless, Web2-like user experience. Additionally, Sonic SVM plans to bring more games to SonicX.app, gradually building a "TikTok Chain" ecosystem in preparation for an upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE). Eligible users will receive token rewards during the airdrop period.
