ElizaOS is an open-source AI agent framework;
Eliza Labs is responsible for developing ElizaOS;
The ELIZA token was developed by an independent team, supported by the team but not an official product.
Shaw also emphasized that the DAO is fully decentralized, launched fairly without involvement from any central entity, and with no team allocations, venture capital, or similar arrangements.
