TechFlow news, December 19 — According to an official announcement, the Sui Foundation has appointed Christian Thompson, former Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Meta, as its new Managing Director. Thompson will work full-time from the Cayman Islands to advance the foundation's mission, leveraging his extensive experience in technology, finance, and blockchain to foster ecosystem growth. Prior to joining Sui, Thompson was involved in the early development of the Libra/Diem project and founded companies including Knowledge Preserve and OnDetail.
