TechFlow news, on December 10, Hong Kong-listed company Boyaa Interactive (0434.HK) announced the completion of a strategic investment in CeDeFi infrastructure platform BounceBit. According to the announcement, Boyaa Interactive has acquired 4.2 million BB tokens, currently valued at approximately $1.5032 million, which will be linearly unlocked over 20 months starting from May 2025.
BounceBit is the world's first Bitcoin staking public chain and CeDeFi infrastructure project, led by Blockchain Capital and Breyer Capital, with participation from Binance Labs, NGC Ventures, OKX Ventures, and others. The BB token currently has a market capitalization of about $173 million and a fully diluted market cap of approximately $760 million. The project has been selected for incubation under Hong Kong Cyberport’s program.
Boyaa Interactive stated that this investment will support its in-depth development in the Web3 field, leveraging its internet gaming experience and opportunities presented by Hong Kong's new Web3 policies, aiming to build a pure and leading Web3 publicly listed company.
