TechFlow news, November 26 — According to Cointelegraph, Farcaster founder Dan Romero unveiled the Frames v2 specification on X. The new version will support interactive applications, on-chain transactions, and user notifications. Previously, the Frames feature drove a 400% surge in user growth within one week.
Frames v2 is expected to significantly improve the reliability and speed of mobile transactions and message signing, enabling developers to build any browser-rendered application. The initial version of the new specification will launch on both web and mobile platforms on November 27, with an updated version featuring additional capabilities scheduled for December 6. A full stable release is anticipated in January or February 2025.
