TechFlow news, November 8 — According to Cointelegraph, crypto payment gateway Alchemy Pay announced it has obtained Money Transmitter Licenses (MTL) for Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Wyoming. With these additions, Alchemy Pay now holds a total of eight state-level licenses in the United States.
Data from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) shows that Alchemy Pay previously received licenses in Arkansas (September 2023), Iowa (November 2023), New Hampshire, and New Mexico. Romeo Luo, the company's Chief Revenue Officer, said obtaining these MTL licenses aims to tap into the "tremendous potential" of the U.S. crypto market.
