CZ replied, "Yes, I've already resigned as CEO. I shouldn't be involved in the company's day-to-day operations. However, my shareholder rights remain unaffected—I'm still a major shareholder of Binance and still have access to information. But I can't make decisions or issue orders anymore. When forced retirement happened, the first month was somewhat difficult emotionally—it was hard to detach because I had poured my heart into it for seven years. Still, I've always believed that a CEO shouldn't stay in the role for more than ten years.
