TechFlow reports on October 27 that, according to Lookonchain monitoring, Michael Bouhanna, Vice President of Sotheby's, appears to have used an internal wallet to purchase BAN tokens and profit. Investigations reveal that the BAN token deployment wallet starting with "5W7U" is directly linked to Bouhanna—a connection he previously confirmed on social media before deleting the post.
Although Bouhanna destroyed his holdings of 37.36 million BAN tokens under community pressure, he still achieved substantial profits through another suspected affiliated address, "3wj7". This address invested only 10.2 SOL (approximately $1,795) to acquire 36.27 million BAN tokens, selling 18.13 million for a profit of $137,600. The remaining 18.13 million BAN tokens currently hold a market value of around $900,000, bringing total profits exceeding $1 million.
In addition, on-chain data analysis shows that prior to trading BAN tokens, the related wallet addresses had repeatedly traded other Meme tokens without significant gains. On October 22 alone, the affiliated wallet transacted over 10 different Meme tokens on the Pump.fun platform.
