TechFlow reports that on October 12, a proposal posted on the Arbitrum community forum suggested transferring 220 million ARB from the Game Catalyst Program (GCP) multisig wallet to the Arbitrum DAO treasury, retaining only 3.65 million ARB for ongoing GCP operations until further funding is requested through governance. The proposal highlighted that GCP has failed to fulfill its oversight responsibilities and pointed out security risks associated with the 3-of-5 multisig wallet controlling $120 million. Currently, GCP's operations are progressing slowly and have not met their stated commitments regarding transparency and supervision, further increasing community concerns.
