TechFlow reports that Coral, a climate tech startup leveraging blockchain and AI technologies, has announced the completion of a $3 million seed funding round. The round was led by an unnamed technology investor with 40 years of industry experience. Coral plans to use the funds to open a new office in Abu Dhabi, expand its team, and enhance its AI-powered carbon emissions management platform.
The platform has already automated carbon data collection, footprint assessment, and reporting. Coral’s blockchain backend provides "full lifecycle traceability" for carbon credits and supports real-time auditing of offsets to ensure quality and transparency.
