TechFlow reports that Bedrock's re-staking protocol asset uniBTC has launched on Eigenlayer, becoming Eigenlayer's first BTC LRT asset. Holders of uniBTC will receive triple rewards: Babylon points, Bedrock Diamonds, and Eigenlayer incentives.
Notably, uniBTC is the first liquid staked Bitcoin built by Bedrock on Babylon, with technical support provided by Babylon. As Babylon Cap2 approaches, the Bedrock ecosystem continues to expand and now supports nine major public blockchains including Ethereum, BNB, and Optimism. UniBTC has been integrated into multiple leading DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, Pendle, and SatLayer. The latest on-chain data shows its total value locked has surpassed 516 BTC.
