TechFlow news: Eigenpie announced this morning its plans for the IDO (Initial DEX Offering) of its EGP token. The IDO will take place on the Magpie Launchpad platform, offering a total of 3.4 million EGP tokens with a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $3 million.
Eigenpie has specifically established a priority access program primarily targeting early supporters. This program allocates IDO quotas to three user groups: Eigenpie Season One points holders (24% of total supply), vlMGP holders (7%), and MGP and vlMGP burners (3%).
Funds raised from the IDO will be allocated as follows: 30% for development and operations, 50% for initial EGP/ETH DEX liquidity and centralized exchange market making, 10% for marketing and business development, and the remaining 10% for audits.
As a SubDAO within the Magpie ecosystem, Eigenpie emphasizes its community-driven approach—project team members do not directly receive project tokens; instead, incentives are tied to their existing MGP holdings. The company stated that further details regarding the IDO will be released later.
