TechFlow news: The CEO of South Korean virtual asset custody company Haru Invest ("Haru") was attacked with a weapon in court. The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. local time on August 28 at the eighth public hearing presided over by Division 15 Criminal Department (Chief Judge Yang Hwan-seung) of Seoul Southern District Court.
According to reports, a male suspect in his 40s suddenly stood up from the courtroom gallery and repeatedly stabbed the neck of Haru Invest ("Haru") CEO, who was seated in the defendant's dock, using a roughly 5-centimeter-long knife concealed in his clothing.
