TechFlow news — On July 31, the Worldcoin Foundation launched World ID verification in Austria, expanding access to proof of humanness across Europe. Orb-based verifications will be available at multiple locations in Vienna, allowing anyone aged 18 and above to verify their identity using the orb device. This initiative makes Austria the second country in Europe, after Germany, to roll out proof of humanness.
Proof of humanness, also known as proof of personhood, is a digital method for verifying an individual's identity and uniqueness, aiming to establish a secure and reliable foundation for digital identity.
