TechFlow news, the Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM) team launched BitZK, a zero-knowledge proof service last week, enhancing Bitcoin's scalability by enabling users to create rollups and migrate applications from Ethereum to Bitcoin.
Developer @bird2836 stated that the BVM-powered Bitcoin blockchain will be the first example of Bitcoin ZK-rollups live on mainnet, marking a significant technological breakthrough.
BVM's BitZK service costs at least $99 per month and has already attracted early adopters such as RWA Chain, POWD3R Blockchain, and Octopus Bridge. Launched in January 2023, BVM aims to make the Bitcoin network as programmable as possible, leveraging Bitcoin as a data layer to achieve transaction-level consensus.
