TechFlow news, according to Decrypt, the Solana Foundation has announced the launch of Solana Actions (transactions) and Solana Blinks (blockchain links), aiming to transform any website, application, social media platform, and QR code into a starting point for cryptocurrency transactions on the Solana blockchain.
The first tool, "Actions," allows users to complete on-chain transactions directly through websites, social media platforms, and QR codes. The other tool, "Blinks," can convert any "Action" into a shareable link, enabling any digital channel that displays URLs to serve as a transaction entry point on the Solana blockchain.
Jon Wong, Head of Ecosystem Engineering at the Solana Foundation, said these tools will promote mainstream adoption of blockchain protocols by turning any website and application into a distribution point for on-chain interactions.
