TechFlow news: Dominic Williams, founder of the Dfinity Foundation, shared his views on the crypto and blockchain space, stating that 95% of blockchains are garbage.
He believes the technical limitations of traditional blockchains are not truly understood, and that the Internet Computer Protocol he leads is the only third-generation blockchain capable of building a completely new internet-on-the-blockchain.
Williams argues that while some blockchains can handle transactions, they cannot build a fully decentralized internet—whereas the Internet Computer Protocol can.
