TechFlow reports, according to an official announcement, Gitcoin has launched the Gitcoin Grants 20 (GG20) donation campaign, which ends on May 8 at 7:59 a.m. The event offers over $1.4 million in matching funds and will operate on Arbitrum.
Of this, $1 million in matching funds has been allocated to the Gitcoin Open Source Software (OSS) program, comprising four dedicated OSS rounds: $100,000 for Hackathon Alumni, $300,000 for dApps & Apps, $300,000 for Developer Tools and Libraries, and $300,000 for Web3.
In addition, there are five community rounds: $100,000 matched for ENS, $300,000 for Climate Solutions, $41,000 for Open Civics, $35,000 for the Hypercerts Ecosystem, and $50,000 for Token Engineering Commons.
Notably, GG20 uses Gitcoin Passport to prevent Sybil attacks, eliminating the need to collect stamps.
