TechFlow news: Nebra, a blockchain and ZKP research organization, has announced the completion of a $4.5 million pre-seed and seed funding round. The round was co-led by Nascent and Bankless Ventures, with participation from several angel investors including Tim Beiko, Kartik Talwar from ETHGlobal, Nick White from Celestia, and Sandy Peng and Haichen Shen from Scroll.
Nebra plans to use the funds to advance and democratize zero-knowledge proof technology, aiming to reduce proof settlement costs on Ethereum and other blockchains, thereby creating what it calls a new shared settlement layer for the internet.
