TechFlow, HashKey Capital Limited has received an exemption from the qualified investor restriction under its existing Asset Management (Type 9) license granted by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).
As one of the first virtual asset management firms to receive such a license upgrade, HashKey Capital Limited will now be able to offer fund products related to virtual assets to retail investors, subject to final SFC approval for specific products.
In addition, this license upgrade will enable HashKey Capital to introduce new product categories, unlock new markets and opportunities, reach a broader range of investors, and expand its influence in the virtual asset management sector.
