TechFlow news — On March 25, according to official announcements, the on-chain reputation platform Okapi has declared a merger with TripleC. Going forward, both will operate and present themselves under the unified brand name "Okapi." This decision has received unanimous support from investors of both projects, including Kucoin Ventures, Mirana Ventures, Mask Network, and GoPlus Security. Both parties have committed that user rights and benefits previously promised to the community will remain largely unchanged.
Okapi is an on-chain reputation platform that integrates real user reputation and content evaluation in Web3. It mints badges based on users' on-chain activities, recording their interaction data across various Web3 projects to establish authentic user credibility.
TripleC is dedicated to building an on-chain gaming achievement protocol, capturing Web3 gamers' behaviors and accomplishments in blockchain games to create precise user profiles within the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
Driven by a shared vision of establishing a genuine social environment for Web3 users and helping projects build accurate user personas and audience segmentation, the merged entity leverages Okapi’s comprehensive technical capabilities and product infrastructure alongside TripleC’s rich gaming ecosystem resources. The combined Okapi has now deployed on six public chains—Linea, Scroll, Mantle, BSC, opBNB, X1 testnet, and B2 testnet—boasting over 100,000 user records and indexing more than 1,000 projects.
