TechFlow news — Worldcoin's German subsidiary has legally challenged the suspension order issued by Spain's data protection authority on Friday.

Worldcoin fully complies with all laws and regulations regarding the collection and transfer of biometric data, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). For several months, we have maintained consistent and ongoing dialogue with BayLDA, the lead data privacy authority in the EU. We are disappointed that the Spanish regulator bypassed established EU procedures and rules, leaving us with no recourse but to initiate legal proceedings.
