TechFlow news, according to dlnews, imprisoned Terra co-founder Do Kwon has won a victory as a Montenegrin court overturned the lower court's decision to extradite him to the United States.
Last month, Kwon appealed the ruling that would have sent him to the U.S. to face fraud charges related to the $60 billion collapse of Terra in May 2022.
According to the appellate ruling, the case is now being sent back to the lower court for a second retrial.
Previous report, Do Kwon's legal team will appeal to prevent his extradition to the United States.
