TechFlow reported that Starknet has announced a delay in the Starknet v0.13.1 upgrade to allow more time for the new full node version with full RPC 0.7 support. The Starknet v0.13.1 upgrade will take place on March 5 on the Sepolia testnet, March 6 on the Goerli testnet, and March 12 on the mainnet.
