TechFlow news: In a memo on Friday, OpenAI executives rejected the allegations made by Elon Musk in his lawsuit, insisting that the company remains independent and committed to benefiting humanity, and has not yet achieved artificial general intelligence.
Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon and CEO Sam Altman stated that Musk's claims do not reflect the company's actual situation or mission. The memo also acknowledged government inquiries following Altman's dismissal and reinstatement last November.
Earlier report: Musk sued OpenAI and Microsoft, accusing them of colluding and violating their agreement to "benefit humanity" with AI technology.
