TechFlow reported, according to Bloomberg, that Do Kwon's lawyers, founder of Terraform Labs, are seeking to challenge the Montenegrin court's decision to extradite him to the United States rather than South Korea.
The lawyers stated they are confident the ruling is illegal and will appeal, as the court failed to verify the accuracy. Previously, two courts in Montenegro issued contradictory rulings.
Earlier report, Terra founder Do Kwon will be extradited to the United States.
