TechFlow news: Following proceedings in Montenegro's courts, Terra founder Do Kwon will be extradited to the United States. Reports indicate that Montenegro's High Court rejected South Korea's extradition request and decided to allow Do Kwon to remain in Montenegro. After winning his appeal, he will be extradited to the U.S. within two months to face trial by the SEC against Terraform Labs. The court case related to Terra has been postponed until April 15 at Kwon's request and due to an agreement with the SEC. Previously, South Korea successfully extradited Kwon's former CFO, Han Chang-Joon. Han Chang-Joon is currently not facing any charges.
