TechFlow news, according to Cyvers Alerts monitoring, blockchain gaming platform PlayDapp was hacked today. The attacker's address was added as a minter, minting 200 million PLA tokens (worth $31 million). These PLA tokens have now been distributed across various addresses, with approximately $5.9 million worth of the stolen PLA tokens already transferred to the Gate platform.
PlayDapp posted on X: "The PLA token contract has been compromised, and additional PLA tokens have been minted. PlayDapp has directly notified all partner exchanges to coordinate suspension of trading and resolve the issue of unauthorized tokens. PlayDapp is taking immediate action to protect PLA assets. This involves forcibly transferring all PLA holdings owned by PlayDapp to a new secure wallet, including both locked and unlocked assets."
