TechFlow reports, according to The Block, Manta co-founder Kenny Li explained two reasons behind Manta Pacific rising into the top three Layer 2 networks by TVL. First, the project's "New Paradigm" campaign pushed the network to fourth place several weeks ago. This upgrade, he said, sparked significant user interest in a short period, bringing yield-generating assets natively to the Layer 2 network.
Then, following the token launch, substantial on-chain liquidity and trading volume propelled Manta Pacific into the top three.
