TechFlow reported, according to Coindesk, Arkham tracking data shows that thousands of dollars worth of Trump-themed meme tokens labeled "TRUMP" sent to a blockchain wallet linked to Trump are now worth over $1 million.
The tokens were issued in August. Trump’s wallet initially received 7,100 TRUMP tokens—worth $7,100 at the time—from the meme coin developer between August and October 2023. The value of these speculative tokens surged from 19 cents in November to over $2 by Wednesday, following Trump’s recent primary victories that reestablished him as a leading contender in the 2024 presidential race.
Notably, the issuance of TRUMP is not directly affiliated with Trump himself, but individuals have used the token as a speculative bet on his ongoing presidential campaign.
