TechFlow news: StarkWare and the Starknet Foundation have launched the "devonomics pilot program," which will distribute a portion of Layer 2 network fees to Starknet developers.
The program will allocate 10% of all transaction operator fees generated since Starknet's launch last November, totaling 1600 ETH, to developers who have built on Starknet. Specifically:

8% will be allocated to dApp developers;

2% will go to core developers, providing 1280 ETH to dApp builders and 320 ETH to core developers.
Rewards will be distributed automatically based on the fee levels generated by each decentralized application, with future payments to be made in STARK, the upcoming network governance token.
The devonomics payouts are separate from the Starknet Foundation's recently announced plan to distribute 1.8 billion STRK tokens through user contributor rewards and rebates.
