TechFlow reports, on October 12, Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas tweeted that ARK Invest has filed an updated version of its spot Bitcoin ETF prospectus. The newly added content includes a statement that net asset value calculations do not comply with generally accepted accounting principles, and notes that the ETF's assets held by the custodian are stored in a separate blockchain "wallet," ensuring they are not commingled with corporate or other client assets.
