TechFlow news, according to Ming Pao, Hong Kong police reported that criminals in Hong Kong are currently impersonating Binance by sending phishing text messages. Once users click on the links in these messages, their Binance accounts can be stolen and assets transferred out. In the past two weeks, 11 related cases have been reported where virtual assets were taken from Binance accounts, involving a total amount of HK$3.5 million.
