TechFlow news: AI company OpenAI announced a partnership with enterprise AI company Scale to jointly help more businesses customize OpenAI's most advanced language models using fine-tuning technology.
OpenAI stated that when deploying AI into production environments, enterprises expect high performance, controllability, and customizability. OpenAI recently introduced fine-tuning capabilities for GPT-3.5 Turbo and will roll out fine-tuning for GPT-4 this fall. Through fine-tuning, businesses can securely customize OpenAI’s most advanced models on their own datasets, making these powerful models even more useful. As always, input and output data are fully owned by the customers and will not be used by OpenAI or any other organization to train other models.
