TechFlow news — On August 14, according to PeckShield monitoring, the yield aggregation protocol Zunami Protocol is under attack, and users are advised to take necessary actions. In addition, the official social media channels of Zunami Protocol have confirmed the incident, stating that its zStables are currently under attack but that collateral remains secure.
According to monitoring by Web3 cybersecurity firm Ancilia, the attacker has stolen over $2 million in this incident and is now transferring the funds into Tornado Cash. The root cause of the attack was price manipulation: the hacker used a flash loan to update the reserve value at the SDT SushiSwap address, which was then used to determine the asset price within the UZD contract.
