TechFlow news: MakerDAO founder Rune Christensen has released a community proposal covering "SparkDAO SPK pre-mine airdrop; SubDAO farming overview." The proposal details the potential SPK pre-mine airdrop plan for the lending protocol Spark Protocol and will review the economic model of SubDAO mining in its second phase.
The proposal suggests retroactively calculating Spark Protocol borrowers starting from when EDSR increased borrowing rates to 5%. Token distribution will be based on the amount and time proportion of volatile assets deposited as collateral.
Over the next ten years, SubDAO will distribute a total of 2 billion SubDAO tokens to each SubDAO participant. In the first two years, 500 million tokens will be distributed annually, followed by 250 million per year in the next two years, then 125 million per year in the subsequent two years, and finally 62.5 million per year over the last four years.
