TechFlow news, on April 26, at today's Ant Digital Technologies Developer Conference, Jing Guofei, Senior Vice President of Ant Group and President of the Digital Technology Division, revealed that Ant Digital Technologies has launched HOU, a large-scale blockchain open architecture supporting tens of thousands of nodes, transaction throughput of up to hundreds of thousands of TPS, and PB-level data ledger storage and processing capabilities. Ant also announced the open-sourcing of its cross-chain heterogeneous protocol, AntChain Bridge, jointly initiated the establishment of a Web3 Open Alliance Chain with multiple institutions, and launched a trusted baseband chip for new energy scenarios together with China Unicom Digital Tech and Unisoc (Zihuazhanchui).
The open-sourced cross-chain protocol, AntChain Bridge, is built upon the IEEE's first global universal international standard for cross-chain interoperability. After open-sourcing, developers can use AntChain’s cross-chain code to jointly build the open Web3 ecosystem. The Web3 Open Alliance Chain covers technical capabilities across four layers—blockchain network, middleware, application, and access layers—of the Web3 architecture, and supports compatibility with Ethereum and other ecosystem protocols, further expanding the Web3 ecosystem.
