TechFlow News, Layer1 blockchain Sei Network announced the upcoming launch of its final testnet version, Atlantic-2. Sei Network regards this release as the last milestone before the mainnet launch. Atlantic-2 will feature Sei's Twin Turbo consensus, DeliverTx and Enblock parallelization, and permissionless deployment.
The Twin Turbo consensus incorporates Intelligent Block Propagation and Optimistic Block Processing, enabling Sei to broadcast and process blocks faster than standard Tendermint. In terms of parallelization, Sei leverages two distinct types to further enhance network throughput and reduce latency.
