TechFlow News — Web3 content platform StoryCo has raised $6 million in seed funding, led by Collab + Currency and Patron, with participation from Floodgate Ventures, Blockchange Ventures, Sfermion, Flamingo DAO, angel investors Lloyd Braun, Sabrina Hahn, Packy McCormick, and GMoney, as well as executives from talent agencies WME and UTA.
StoryCo was previously known as Story DAO. The blockchain-based platform connects creators with audiences beyond the traditional Hollywood ecosystem, enabling collaborative storytelling. Its website avoids most Web3 jargon—NFTs are referred to as StoryPasses, which grant holders access to a treasury funded by NFT sales, IP licensing revenue, and royalties.
