TechFlow news, leaked official documents show that Terraform Labs' Seoul and Busan, South Korea entities were dissolved on April 30, just days before the collapse of the Terra cryptocurrency LUNA and the TerraUSD stablecoin (UST).
According to documents obtained by Digital Today from the registry of South Korea's Supreme Court, Terraform Labs Korea decided to dissolve its Seoul and Busan branches during a shareholder meeting held on April 30. The Busan branch was liquidated on May 4, and the Seoul branch on May 5. Official records list Kwon Do-Hyeong as the liquidator—the real name of Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon.
