TechFlow news — To implement the national "14th Five-Year Plan" outline and the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Development of Industrial Culture (2021–2025)" jointly issued by eight departments, and to advance the project on shaping and disseminating China's industrial image in the new era, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Center for Industrial Culture Development will establish an Industrial Metaverse Service Platform. The center plans to launch the first batch of China's industrial cultural digital collectibles this year.
The source materials for the first batch of industrial cultural digital collectibles will focus on significant events, major achievements, key figures, and core technologies throughout the course of China's industrial development. Eligible materials include historical photos, images, documents, and other representative classic products and collections. The call for submissions will close on May 12, 2022.
