TechFlow News — According to The Block, Ethereum-based video streaming platform Livepeer has announced the completion of a $20 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Digital Currency Group (DCG), with participation from Northzone, Coinbase Ventures, CoinFund, Animal Ventures, and 6th Man Ventures. The new funds will be used to enhance the platform's technical capabilities and expand the team. Livepeer currently has 18 team members and plans to grow to around 30 by the end of the year. Founded in 2017, Livepeer allows users to earn Livepeer tokens by performing video transcoding. To date, Livepeer has raised a total of $31 million.
