TechFlow news, around 2:00 PM on August 5, Yang Haipo, founder of CoinEx and ViaBTC, posted on Weibo stating: "The BCH community has suffered under ABC for too long; it's time for a change."
Cryptocurrency blogger "Bitcoin" commented that Yang Haipo will initiate another fork of BCH, with the new forked chain's code being BCC.
Zhao Shifeng, initiator of Bitcoin Candy (CDY), stated: "It's not about forking BCH, but about driving out ABC. The community is more united than ever in opposing ABC, and there's absolutely no reason to fork."
In response, TechFlow has reached out to Yang Haipo for confirmation, but has not yet received a reply.
