1. Bitmain Tech (Note: Hong Kong-based Bitmain) is the official contracting party between the Bitmain Group and TSMC. It has long maintained a strong cooperative relationship with TSMC and will continue to deepen this collaboration on behalf of the Bitmain Group.
2. Bitmain Tech holds full intellectual property rights to all BM-series chips currently in production across the Bitmain Group.
3. Zhan Ketuan's claim that he has "already fabricated thousands of wafers at TSMC" is a deliberate deception aimed at misleading customers and supplier partners.
Regarding orders taken by Zhan Ketuan under his personal or affiliated entities, our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever, and we will pursue legal action against any parties involved for infringing upon the rights and interests of the Bitmain Group.
