According to an internal memo from Beijing Bitmain Technologies, as the shareholder holding 100% equity of Shenzhen Century Cloudcore Technologies Co., Ltd., Beijing Bitmain Technologies Limited made a shareholder resolution on July 8, 2020, removing Jihan Wu from his position as Executive Director of Century Cloudcore and appointing Mr. Wu Jihan as the new Executive Director of Century Cloudcore. On the same day, Mr. Wu Jihan, in his capacity as Executive Director, decided to remove Zhou Feng from his position as General Manager of Century Cloudcore, with Mr. Wu Jihan assuming the role of General Manager and Legal Representative of Century Cloudcore. To improve work efficiency, Mr. Wu Jihan has also appointed Mr. Long Zhengxiang as Acting General Manager of Century Cloudcore, who will temporarily exercise the operational management duties of the General Manager.
