This recruitment completely eliminates education and age limits, hiring for core positions including design, device, R&D process, and mass production technology. Work locations cover Icheon and Bundang in Gyeonggi-do, Cheongju in Chungbuk, Seoul, and other areas. The recruitment process has undergone significant reform, with the core highlight being the introduction of a "half-day in-depth interview," replacing the original 20 to 30-minute interview with a half-day session to comprehensively evaluate candidates' professional expertise in the role, AI application ability, and logical thinking skills through task execution and interviews. Regarding written materials, the self-introduction section has been removed, replaced by specialized forms focusing on AI application ability and semiconductor job expertise.
