China Launches Special Action to Enhance IPv6 Capabilities of Large AI Models
According to information from Xiong'an New Area, the "Special Action for Enhancing IPv6 Capabilities of Artificial Intelligence Large Models" was jointly launched by the Central Cyberspace Administration together with the cyberspace administrations of Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Shenzhen, along with five leading large-model enterprises in Xiong'an New Area, to promote generative large-model applications, fully support IPv6, and build a solid network foundation for the intelligent era. Currently, various applications based on artificial intelligence large models are thriving, with Token traffic showing a trend of explosive growth, posing new requirements for network carrying capacity. IPv6 has become the key foundation supporting large-model applications by virtue of its massive address space, efficient routing mechanisms, and endogenous security capabilities. (Jin10)
